Dr Adesayo Adelowo is a mentor on a mission to empower women and girls and help raise their visibility and make meaning of their purpose to influence the world – a mission she has pursued for over two decades through teaching, providing practical tools, imparting knowledge, and sharing experience, strength & hope.

Adesayo Adelowo is the Chief Executive Officer and the founder of The Fragrance of Influence an organization set up to prepare women for life through education, mentoring, and coaching. Adesayo has a great passion for womanhood with a divine purpose on earth, in fact, her doctoral studies is on “The Adjustment of African Women Living in New Zealand”. She has an extensive experience as a lecturer in Social Work, Counselling, and Mental Health and she has used her skills and talents to encourage and mentor women to become the best that God has created them to be.

Adesayo is a full package of good ideals, strength over adversity, and imperfections turned into benefits. Her chemistry with audiences is renowned; she genuinely connects with people from all walks of life because her interest in people’s lives is sincere. Encouraging everyone to be and live their best life, an innate part of her is seeking to make lives around her better. She has spoken on issues related to women at churches, conferences, and other events

Adesayo has authored six books all related to women, influence, and leadership, For more than twenty years, she has worked alongside her husband, Pastor David Adelowo, the pastor in charge of The Redeemed Christian Church Auckland, New Zealand in the work of ministry and the Lord has used them to bless and impact the lives of many people from diverse cultured. She and her husband are blessed with two young women and a young man, two lovely grandchildren, and a countless number of spiritual children. Adesayo loves cooking.
