Lifting Hands Community Empowerment Initiative (LIHACEI) is a youth-led and legally registered organization dedicated to addressing the limited life choices and opportunities faced by marginalized communities in Uganda, with a focus on children, adolescents, and young women. Since its founding, LIHACEI has been driven by a deep commitment to improving the lives of the most vulnerable by promoting health, education, and empowerment.
